4. Data Retention
We retain your data according to the following schedule:
- Account Data: Retained until you delete your account
- Videos (Free Tier): Deleted 3 days after last access
- Videos (Paid Tier): Deleted 90 days after last access
- Usage Logs: Retained for up to 90 days
- Backup Data: May persist in backups for up to 30 additional days
You are responsible for downloading and backing up any content you wish to keep before the retention period expires. We are not liable for deleted content.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures including:
- Password hashing using industry-standard algorithms
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Secure cloud storage with access controls
- Regular security reviews and updates
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. You acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk, and we are not liable for any unauthorized access, data breaches, or loss of data despite our reasonable security efforts.
